Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, Chris is a Managing Director at DCS Advisory, where he leads the firm’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services (“ADG”) group.

Chris has more than 17 years of investment banking experience, and has advised on and led the execution of over 65 successful M&A, equity and leveraged finance transactions for clients in both the ADG and Tech-Enabled Services sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a Director with Wachovia Securities’ Defense, Aerospace & Technology Services Investment Banking Group.

Several notable transactions include advising Janus Global Operations on its sale to DC Capital, Sotera on its sale to KEYW, Salient CRGT in its acquisition of Information Innovators, DMI on its acquisition of Lochbridge, Scitor on its sale to SAIC, Stanley on its sale to CGI Group, Kratos on its acquisition of Composite Engineering and SI International on its sale to Serco Group. Chris also successfully completed a $90 million minority structured equity financing for DMI.

Prior to joining Wachovia Securities, Chris was a Senior Associate at Banc One Capital Markets and a Mechanical Engineer for Raytheon’s Electronic Systems Division in Richardson, Texas.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and received his M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He was also a four-year starter and Hitachi Academic All-American for the Arkansas Razorback football team.
