Based in San Francisco, Eric is the Vice Chairman at DCS Advisory and is a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. He also leads DCS Advisory’s Technology and Software practice.

He brings more than 35 years of investment banking experience to the role, and specializes in M&A, divestitures, corporate restructurings, fairness opinions, and private placements.

Before joining DCS Advisory, Eric was the Co-Founder and Head of the Technology group at Seven Hills. Previously, Eric served as Co-Head of the Global Technology Group for ING Barings and a predecessor firm, Furman Selz. Prior to joining Furman Selz, he headed the Technology Group and West Coast Investment Banking for Kidder Peabody & Co. Previous to Kidder Eric served as a Director in the Technology Group at CS First Boston. He has also worked in the M&A department at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb, Inc. and at J.P. Morgan & Co.

Eric holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College.
